Turn scattered work into systems your team actually uses.

We build practical AI systems for owner-run businesses where leads, reports, follow-up and admin still live across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and manual handoffs. Start with a free 20-minute fit call; if there is a real opportunity, the paid assessment maps the first build.

1 / approach

Anyone can build you an automation.

The hard part is knowing which ones are worth building, which ones you've already outgrown, and what to leave alone. That's the difference between someone who learned a tool last year and a partner who starts with your business.

So we start with the business, not a tool: how it actually runs, where the cost and the hours hide, what's worth automating and what isn't. Then we build only what earns its place.

And we don't disappear. AI moves fast, and what was a smart build two years ago is already the slow, expensive way to do it. We stay on to keep your systems current, so you're always running on what's possible now, not what was possible then.

2 / how it works

An assessment, a build, a partnership.

1$1,000 · 2 days

Assessment

We map how your business actually runs and hand you a six-page playbook: what to automate, with what, and in what order. Yours to keep and act on either way.

2flat fee · assessment credited

Build

We build the highest-impact system end to end and put it into production. Your $1,000 comes off the price.

3ongoing

Partner

We stay on to run, improve and expand your systems, and keep them current as AI advances. The build is never finished, because the technology never stops.

3 / the assessment

A two-day assessment, in six steps.

After the fit call, the assessment moves from working session to finished playbook in two days. Every step is timeboxed and written down as we go.

step 18h
Brief

One 60-minute call with whoever runs the place. We learn how the work really flows, not how the org chart says it does.

step 216h
Map

We lay out your workflows across operations, sales, finance and admin, and mark where the hours actually go.

step 324h
Score

Each workflow gets scored on what today's AI can realistically take off your plate. A plain 0 to 4 scale, not an opinion.

step 432h
Tools

Three to five specific tools, ranked, with real prices, setup effort, and the payoff you can expect.

step 540h
Document

It all lands in a six-page playbook. Yours to keep, share with the team, or build against, with or without us.

step 648h
Adopt

Optional. If you want it built, a flat-fee build delivers the top workflow, and your $1,000 comes off the price.

4 / deliverable

A build plan, not a PDF.

You leave with the decision package: where the hours are leaking, which workflows are worth automating, what tools to use, and what to build first. Six pages is the format, not the value.

Businesses we've helped.

Two real engagements: what was messy, what went live, and what is being built next. We work inside our clients' operations, so their names stay off the page. We share them gladly on a call.

WhatsApp and spreadsheets turned into a sales cockpit

44
agencies visible in one cockpit

The sales operation for a multi-million-dollar villa pipeline was split between WhatsApp, agent conversations and a hand-kept spreadsheet. We shipped a live CRM and seller cockpit in one week: tracked agents, real pipeline stages, stale-deal visibility and availability at a glance. Next we are connecting WhatsApp intelligence, investor reporting and buyer dashboards into the same operating system.

The group was rebuilding financial, occupancy and compliance reporting by hand across hotels and countries. We built one dashboard that pulls the operating numbers into a single live view, so management can steer the group without waiting for another spreadsheet pass.

6 / our own stack

We run our own company on this.

Auxos isn't theory. Javier co-founded an investment research and community business and built everything it runs on: the site, the member platform, and all the automation underneath. Ten scheduled pipelines sync eight data sources around the clock, market data refreshes every 30 minutes, and every morning an intelligence pipeline reads X, scores what's working, and delivers a ranked digest to Telegram before anyone's awake. We sell what we run on.

8 / who you're working with
Javier Urbistondo

Javier Urbistondo

I founded Auxos Labs to be the partner operating businesses actually need: someone who understands the business first, then builds what genuinely moves it. I'm a software engineer, and when a build calls for specialist hands, I bring in engineers I trust. Right now I'm building the full operating system for a villa developer in Bali, after delivering a reporting system for a hotel group running seven hotels across three countries, and I stay on so my clients' systems keep getting better as AI does.

9 / before you start

Before you start.

1Do I pay when I book the call?

No. The button books a short fit call. If there is a serious opportunity and we both think the assessment is useful, the paid assessment is the next step.
